Jake Gradwell

Jake Gradwell is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and ice hockey coaching. Currently serving as an Assistant Coach for Hempfield Area School District and the Pittsburgh River Monsters, Jake is also the Owner and Instructor at NXT GEN Hockey LLC, dedicated to providing advanced ice hockey training. Formerly an Operations Supervisor at UPS for over two decades, Jake has developed expertise in safety, service, and production management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and multiple coaching certifications from USA Hockey.
