Ian McNeill

Ian McNeill is currently a Shareholder and Attorney at Hendershot Cowart P.C., specializing in Business Litigation, Construction Litigation, and OSHA Defense and Compliance. Prior to their current role, Ian worked at McGinnis Lochridge LLP, Kilburn Law Firm, Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith, A PLC, and Brown Sims, gaining experience in drafting commercial agreements, managing litigation matters, providing client support, and conducting investigations. Ian also served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Harris County District Attorney's Office, trying over 30 jury trials during their time there. Ian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from South Texas College of Law.
