Elijah Silfies

Elijah Silfies is a dedicated high school math teacher at Henderson Collegiate since July 2022, where Elijah supervises and collects data from over 25 students per class to enhance teaching effectiveness and has successfully reorganized the Math 2 curriculum to improve instructional logic, leading to unprecedented PSAT scores in school history. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a website manager at Affinity Connection Inc. and a role as a molder at Crayola, where Elijah demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a manufacturing environment. Additional experience includes serving as a soccer referee for West End Soccer League Inc. and working as a manufacturing operator at Crayola, showcasing teamwork, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment. Elijah holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and System Analysis from Penn State University.
