Danielle Swain is an accomplished learning and development professional currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Hendy Group since March 2023. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Director at Complete Consulting & Training Ltd and Operations Director at Experience Insight, Danielle has successfully developed and managed numerous training initiatives and programs. Noteworthy achievements include establishing a high-performing in-house learning function, creating award-winning training materials, and coaching senior executives to enhance performance. Prior experience includes leading improvement initiatives at Picker Institute Europe and managing educational content for The Migraine Trust. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Leeds.
