Mr. Wong Kam Fai, William (黃錦輝), is an independent non-executive Director. He graduated from University of Edinburgh, Scotland with a bachelor’s degree and a doctorate degree in electrical engineering. Mr. Wong is currently a professor in the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a member of the 13th national committee of CPPCC. He obtained the qualification as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) in 1991, and is now a fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and a professional member of the Association of Computing Machinery. Mr. Wong joined the Group in 2005.

The Company operates its business through five segments: Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Harvest Max and Wholesale. The Mainland China segment, the Taiwan segment and the Hong Kong segment are engaged in watches retail business. The Harvest Max segment is engaged in jewelry and watches retail business in Hong Kong. The Wholesale segment is engaged in the distribution of numerous world renowned brand watches in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
