Tim Klieve

Tim Klieve has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Tim started their career as a Bank Clerk at Volksbank Bönen eG in 2004. Tim then interned in the Corporate Human Resources department at Al Rostamani Group in 2008. Later, in 2011, they worked as an Intern in HR Development at Rhenus Logistics. Tim went on to become the HR Global Projects Manager at Kirchhoff Automotive GmbH from September 2011 to December 2015. Tim then joined KIRCHHOFF Automotive Deutschland GmbH as a Team Leader in HR Development and HR Marketing from January 2016 to February 2019. Currently, Tim is serving as the Head of HR Development at Hengst Filtration since March 2019.

Tim Klieve began their education in 2001 at Volksbank Bönen eG, where they studied to become a bank clerk. Tim then went on to attend Ruhr University Bochum from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Organizational & Business Psychology. Tim further pursued their studies at the same university from 2008 to 2010, completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology, specializing in Organizational & Business Psychology.
