Dave Ditch

Dave Ditch currently serves as the Sr Asset Manager at Heniff Transportation Systems since March 2023. Previously, Dave held multiple roles at RJW Logistics Group from 2003 to October 2022, including Director of Transportation & Operations, where leadership extended to teams of up to 100 employees and drivers. In an interim capacity, Dave managed a 275,000 sq. ft. warehouse, while also overseeing operations during rapid expansion attributed to a partnership with Wal-Mart. Earlier roles included Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager, focusing on asset management, safety compliance, and stock regulation.
