Bjoern Neal Kirchner

Bjoern Neal Kirchner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Bjoern Neal started their career as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group before moving on to ABX Logistics as a Business Development Manager. At BASF, they held various roles including Senior Logistics Manager, Senior SCM Manager for Asia Pacific, and Head of Supply Chain for Plastic Additives Europe/EAWA. Bjoern Neal then joined HARTMANN GROUP as Vice President of Supply Chain Management, where they built and led a global SCM team. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Vice President Global Supply Chain at Henkel and is responsible for implementing a cross-regional Customer Centric SC transformation program. Bjoern Neal is also an Advisory Board Member for LogiChem at Worldwide Business Research (WBR).

Bjoern Neal Kirchner holds a Mastering Board Governance degree from IMD in 2023, an Orchestrate Winning Performance degree from IMD in 2014, a Language Degree in Chinese from Beijing Normal University in 2001, a Diplom in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 1999, an MSc in Philosophy of Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 1998, and a BA in Philosophy from Hochschule für Philosophie München in 1996.
