Bryan Demankowski's work experience includes holding the role of Vice President of Purchasing at Henkel since March 2020. In this role, they are responsible for leading strategic and tactical purchasing activities in North America, managing a team of over 70 employees, and representing purchasing in regional councils and external supply markets. Bryan also serves as the Global Business Key Account Manager for Adhesives Operations, driving global joint programs and ensuring supply chain resilience. Before joining Henkel, Bryan worked at AkzoNobel as the Head of Indirect Procurement - Americas and as a Global Procurement Director. Prior to that, they held various roles in purchasing at Henkel from 2001 to 2016, including Global Purchasing Director and Global Purchasing Manager. Bryan also has work experience at Kellogg Company, General Motors, and Lear Corporation in roles related to product availability, supplier quality, and materials management.
Bryan Demankowski obtained an MBA in Business from the University of Detroit Mercy from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Integrated Supplychain Management from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1998 to 2001. Bryan also received certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the Association for Supply Chain Management in January 2004.
