Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has led an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A. de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
