Nathalie Ruelle

Nathalie Ruelle has a extensive work experience in quality management and sustainability. Nathalie currently serves as the HHC Global Quality and Sustainability Director at H.B. Fuller since December 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Quality Head EIMEA at H.B. Fuller starting from January 2017. Before joining H.B. Fuller, Nathalie worked at Henkel Adhesives, where they served as the Global Head Customer Quality & Europe Quality Head, and as the Head of Quality Europe. Their earlier career includes roles at Henkel and National Starch and Chemical, where they held various quality management positions. Nathalie started their career at Thomson Consumer Electronics as a Production Unit Manager and SHE-Quality Continuous Improvement Manager.

Nathalie Ruelle earned a Master's degree in Chemistry from Chimie ParisTech - PSL in 1987. Nathalie then went on to complete their PHD in Material Sciences from Université de Bordeaux between 1987 and 1991.
