Edgar Pew

Edgar Pew is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in corporate law spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Henkel since September 2016, Edgar leads legal efforts in various strategic areas, including commercial contracts and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Henkel, Edgar held roles at The Sun Products Corporation and Mars, where responsibilities encompassed significant legal leadership in the North American Chocolate Division and Global Drinks Division. Edgar also served as Vice President at The Clorox Company, managing a regulatory team that provided legal services across multiple product-focused businesses. Earlier in the career, Edgar was Vice President of Product Development at Lawgic Publishing Company and practiced as an Associate Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Edgar holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BS in Applied Math with Computer Science from Yale University.
