Mike Bott has extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Henkel since March 2005. In this role, Mike oversees Payroll, HR systems, Compensation, Mobility, and Fleet. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President & Treasurer, responsible for the Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Treasury functions for Henkel's $4 billion North America businesses. Mike's career includes roles as Director of Purchasing, Finance Manager, as well as financial positions at Scott Communities and Pacific Agenda, with previous consulting experience at Deloitte and Price Waterhouse. Mike holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
