Oliver Neu possesses extensive experience in packaging development and management within the beauty care sector, currently serving as Senior Manager R&D Global Category Hair at Henkel since August 2017. Neu has held various leadership roles at Henkel, including Senior Manager Center of Excellence Packaging and Packaging Manager International Packaging Development, overseeing prominent brands such as Gliss, Syoss, and Schwarzkopf. Prior to Henkel, Neu gained significant expertise at Hitschler International GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities included divisional management of purchasing and quality management. Additionally, Neu operated a marketing consultancy for a decade, after completing education at Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
