Paul Garwood

Paul Garwood has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management within the manufacturing sector, primarily at Henkel since 2006. Currently serving as Delivery Enablement Manager and previously as Escalation Manager, Paul coordinates interdepartmental tasks to meet customer expectations. As Supply Planning Regional Manager, Paul managed a European team of six, collaborating with external suppliers to ensure timely supply. Prior roles at Henkel include Supply Planner for various technologies and Customer Services Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing staff and managing significant annual turnover. Earlier experience includes roles at A G Ceramics and Henkel Loctite, focusing on warehouse management and customer service operations. Paul attended Sir Frederic Osborn from 1980 to 1985.
