Sonja Kuch

Sonja Kuch is a dedicated diversity advocate currently involved in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives at Henkel. They have previously served as a Senior Manager in DEI at Henkel and held significant diplomatic roles, including Head of Administration at the Federal Foreign Office in Germany. Sonja's extensive marketing experience includes positions as International Marketing Manager at Henkel and Market Analyst at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. They hold a Diplom-Kauffrau in European Business Studies from Hochschule Osnabrück and a B.A. Honours from Brunel University.
