Minami Alguire, CHRP has had extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and HR. Minami is currently working as the Head of Campus Talent Acquisition at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since 2022. Following their undergraduate studies, Minami obtained their Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in April 2018.
