Victor Lu is an adhesive expert with 25 years of innovation experience in adhesive product development, coating processes, and radiation curing technology. Victor previously served as a Sr. Project Leader at National Starch and Chemical, where they developed patented technologies for next-generation hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs). As a Technology Fellow at Cytec, Victor earned the PSTC Dahlquist Award in 2006 for UV PSA technology development. Currently, as a Principal Scientist at Henkel Corporation, they focus on developing innovative polymerization processes and environment-friendly adhesives. Victor is credited with numerous new products, 20 patents, and 50 technical papers.
