Jim Lechnick

Jim Lechnick is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Henkels & McCoy, Inc. since January 2017, Jim is responsible for recruiting across multiple functions in a 26-state region and has successfully led the implementation of electronic onboarding processes. Prior experience includes a Senior Human Resources Generalist role at Electro Motive Diesel, where Jim managed employee relations and compliance, as well as a tenure as an Employee Relations Specialist at Wyeth, focusing on performance management and EEO investigations. Other roles at Rockwell Electronic Commerce, Danka Office Imaging, and Systems Research Inc. further developed Jim's expertise in recruiting and HR policy interpretation.
