Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson serves as the Vice President & General Counsel at Henkels & McCoy, Inc. since 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Caterpillar Inc. from 2000 to 2019, including General Counsel for Solar Turbines Incorporated, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex contracts, compliance, litigation, and mergers & acquisitions. Mark’s legal career also includes notable roles at Paul J. Kozacky & Associates and McDermott Will & Emery, focusing on commercial litigation, and served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy. Mark holds a JD from the University of Chicago and a BA in History from Cornell University.
