Phil Diantonio

Phil DiAntonio, PMP, has extensive experience in project and program management within the utility and construction sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Project Management at Henkels & McCoy, Inc. since June 2021, Phil oversees PECO Power initiatives, emphasizing program management, safety, quality control, and customer relations. Previously, as Area Business Unit Manager, Phil managed operations and support personnel, developed annual budgets, and participated in labor negotiations. Phil's prior roles include Program Manager at PMI Energy Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed managing the entire PECO portfolio and implementing methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency. Additional experience includes significant positions at Communications Construction Group and Sunesys, where project management, technical coordination, and innovative solution delivery were paramount. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and has completed project management coursework at Villanova University.
