Saara Tikkanen

Saara Tikkanen has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Saara is currently the CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) and HR Development Manager at Eezy Oyj since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as the CHRO and Human Resources Director at Verkkokauppa.com Oyj from February 2021 to December 2023. Saara also served as the Head of People & Culture at Edenred Finland, a leading fringe benefit company, from December 2017 to February 2021. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager and Business Partner at ISS Palvelut from September 2013 to September 2017. Saara's experience also includes working as an HR Partner at Nilsongroup from August 2011 to September 2013 and as an HR Specialist at Kämp Collection Hotels from August 2010 to August 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HRD Specialist at The Finnish Institute of Occupational Health from November 2006 to August 2010 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Tapiola Group from May 2002 to April 2006.

Saara Tikkanen completed their undergraduate education at the College of Uusikaupunki from 1998 to 2001, earning a Graduate degree. Saara then attended the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration, with a focus on Management & Organization, Business Law, and Economics. In 2005, they briefly studied at EDHEC Business School, with a concentration in Business Law, Accounting, Marketing, and French. Additionally, Saara Tikkanen obtained the certification of Systemic Business Coach from the International Coach Federation in 2015.
