As the founder of Systemic Stairway™, Julian aims to enhance understanding and influence in collaborative management practices. With a background as a researcher in Deliberate Collaboration, Julian has focused on addressing collaboration inadequacies in project methodologies since the 1980s. Additional roles include facilitator, writer, and training specialist at Henley Business School – Africa, where support is provided to adult learners. Julian’s educational credentials include a PhD from the University of Cape Town, focusing on the design of collaborative projects. Prior to 2000, Julian held positions as an Information Technology Project Manager at Southern Life, SCS.
