Tess Wilkinson

Tess Wilkinson has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Tess is currently the Director of Education Services at Henley & Partners, where they oversee educational initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as an Education Consultant at Constellation Group, providing support services to schools and working on consultancy projects. Additionally, they served as an English Coach at Ayni and an ESL Teacher, coach, and recruiter at Whales English, where they also managed a successful YouTube channel providing information and support for online teaching. Earlier in their career, Tess held positions as a Consultant for Employer Engagement and Development at The British School of Brussels and as the Director of TWN Consulting Ltd, where they helped schools and businesses transform their collaboration and benefit both parties. Tess also founded and led Premium Partners for Schools, an award-winning employer engagement scheme. Prior to that, they were a Business Development Manager and Modern Languages Teacher at The Castle School, Thornbury. Tess's experience extends internationally as they founded and directed a language school and translation service in Brittany, France, and taught English at ESC Rennes.

Tess Wilkinson has a diverse education history that spans several years. Tess began their studies in 1985 at Manchester Polytechnic, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies. After a gap of almost two decades, they then pursued further education and completed a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Modern Foreign Languages at the University of Gloucestershire in 2009. Most recently, in 2019, Tess completed a 260-hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor) program with a focus on online teaching through i-to-i TEFL. Overall, Tess's educational background reflects their commitment to continuous learning and a diverse set of skills and knowledge in the fields of communication, media studies, language teaching, and online education.
