Alexander Lungershausen

Alexander Lungershausen is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in project management, specification, and architectural design. Currently serving as an Associate Principal at Hennebery Eddy Architects, Inc., since July 2013, Alexander has overseen a range of significant projects totaling approximately 2.6 million square feet and a combined value of around $860 million, including multiple LEED-certified initiatives. Prior to this role, Alexander held the position of Architect and Director of Specifications at THA Architecture, Inc., where responsibilities included managing specifications for over 56 projects valued at $685 million. Alexander's earlier experience spans various architectural roles with notable firms like ZGF Architects LLP and Minerva Wohnungsbau, as well as business development and consulting roles in the real estate sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture from The University of New Mexico, a Diplom Ingenieur from Technische Universität Berlin, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration.
