Aileen Guiney

Aileen Guiney serves as the Vice President of Corporate Compliance & Ethics at Target, where responsibilities include overseeing corporate compliance strategies, ethics investigations, and third-party compliance. Previously, Aileen held roles as Sr. Director of Enterprise Risk Management and Director for the Pay & Benefits Compliance team at Target. Additionally, Aileen is a board member for Hennepin Healthcare and the National Association of Black Compliance & Risk Management Professionals, focusing on developing diverse talent in the industry. Aileen's academic credentials include a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University, a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and executive education at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Aileen also has experience as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at the University of Michigan.
