Robert Everest

Robert Everest is an accomplished event organizer, musician, interpreter, and visual artist with extensive experience across various fields. As the Event Organizer and Director of Carnaval Brasileiro of the Twin Cities since 2003, Robert plays a vital role in planning and directing the largest Brazilian event in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. In the music realm, Robert has been leading performances since 1989, showcasing versatility through solo acts and a 10-piece ensemble, and collaborating with notable artists such as Isabel Allende and Eddie Palmieri. In addition, Robert serves as a Spanish and Portuguese interpreter at Hennepin County Medical Center, facilitating crucial communication in healthcare settings. As a visual artist, Robert focuses on abstract painting and design work, including posters and CD packaging. Educationally, Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics, Spanish, and Portuguese from the University of Minnesota, graduating summa cum laude in 1996.
