Matthew Riendeau

Matthew Riendeau is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and advisory services, particularly in the technology and software sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Hennepin Partners since September 2024, Matthew provides advisory services to entrepreneurs and private equity firms. Prior to this role, Matthew was a Managing Director at Cascadia Capital from August 2009 to August 2024, working with notable clients such as FusionAuth and Microsoft. Matthew's career also includes various positions at D.A. Davidson & Co. and involvement as a Charter Member of TiE Seattle. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Seattle University, achieved between 2001 and 2005.
