Kelly Flanagan Bachtell

Kelly Flanagan Bachtell is a highly experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hennessy Automobile Companies since April 2019. Previously, Kelly held the position of Head of Human Resources at Lancope, now part of Cisco, where responsibilities included overall HR strategy and leadership for a network security software firm. Prior experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at CardioMEMS, Inc., where Kelly independently developed the HR department and managed various HR functions, and as a Recruiter intern at The Kidder Group, Inc., where foundational recruiting skills were acquired. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Business Administration from Clemson University.
