Dr. Carolin Schwartner-Lehr has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dr. Carolin began their career at Schwarz Pharma AG, where they worked as a Project Manager and later as a Manager in Corporate Development. Dr. Carolin then joined Land Hessen as a Project Manager for the Science4Life business plan competition. Moving on, they worked at Viatris as the Head of Business Development for Sofotec GmbH & Co.KG and later as the Director of Respiratory/Allergy Business Development. Dr. Carolin continued their career at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (formerly Nycomed) as a Senior Project Manager in Business Development and later as a Senior Manager in Strategic Intelligence and Corporate Strategy. Currently, they are working at HENNIG ARZNEIMITTEL GmbH & Co. KG, where they have held various positions, including Head of Business Development and Strategy & Alliance Management.
Dr. Carolin Schwartner-Lehr began their education at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 1987. Dr. Carolin pursued a degree in Pharmazie and completed their Staatsexamen in this field in 1991. In the same year, they continued their education at the same university and completed a degree program in Pharmazie, earning the title of Dr. rer. nat. in 1996. Additionally, in 1987, they briefly attended The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, also focusing their studies on Pharmazie.
