Kathy L.

Kathy L. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kathy started their career in 2010 as a MyHR Senior Consultant at eBay, where they handled various HR tasks such as coaching, counseling, and leave of absences. Kathy worked at eBay until 2014. From 2015 to 2023, Kathy worked at BD as a Senior HR Advisor/Project Lead, where they contributed to the global rollout of AccessHR and provided advisory services to management. In 2015, they also worked at ARUP Laboratories as a Strategic Business Partner, focusing on aligning business objectives with HR needs. Currently, Kathy is the Human Resources Director at HB Workplaces, starting in 2023.

Kathy L. obtained an MBA in Human Resources from Westminster University from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Human Resource Management from Utah State University - Jon M.
