Carola di Poi

Carola Di Poi is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in gardening, photography, and community outreach. Currently serving as the Head Gardener for The Huntington's Kitchen Garden and James P. Folsom Experimental Ranch Garden since February 2024, Carola previously worked as a Garden Ranger for EnrichLA, managing gardens and teaching classes in elementary schools. As a Stills Photographer and Producer since October 2015, Carola has provided photography and production support for notable clients including CBS, Airbnb, and Rolling Stone. Additional relevant roles include Co-Manager at Elysian Valley Community Garden, Spanish Language Lead and Mercadito Co-Manager at LA-Más, and various positions at World Central Kitchen and Imperfect Foods. Carola holds a BS in Photojournalism from Boston University and has studied French Language and Literature in Paris.
