Sola Saar Agustsson

Sola Agustsson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in arts administration and writing. Currently serving as a Special Projects and Digitization Assistant at The Huntington since December 2021, responsibilities include managing the Art Director's calendar and preparing briefings and travel itineraries. Prior to this role, Sola was the Studio Manager for artist Betye Saar, overseeing correspondence, archival organization, and exhibition coordination. Sola has also contributed as a writing instructor at Columbia University and held various freelance writing positions with notable publications such as The Huffington Post and Hyperallergic, focusing on contemporary art and exhibitions. Sola holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University and a BA from UC Berkeley.
