Annette S. Phillips

Annette S. Phillips, FACHE, has a comprehensive background in healthcare leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Campus Planning and VP of Market Operations & Strategy for South Market at Henry Ford Health since June 2019. Annette also operates as the President of Spark Advisory, LLC, providing interim leadership and coaching to various healthcare organizations since April 2017. Previous roles include President at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital and President and CEO at Mercy Memorial Hospital System, among other executive positions at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital. Annette holds a Master of Science in Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Central Michigan University.
