Kate Zenlea is the current manager of the Global Health Initiative at Henry Ford Health. Kate has held this position since April of 2019. Prior to this, Kate was a Senior Program Coordinator for The Global Health Initiative at Henry Ford Health System from March 2017 to April 2019. Prior to their work at Henry Ford Health System, Kate was a Health Care Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from March 2015 to November 2015. Kate also worked as a Senior Community Health Analyst at Southeastern Michigan Health Association from February 2016 to March 2017. In May of 2013, Kate interned at Hospital Alvarez in BA Joven as a Sexual and Reproductive Health Intern. Finally, Kate worked as a Graduate Intern at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center from June 2012 to September 2012 and as a Patient Care Coordinator I/II from August 2008 to March 2013, also at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
Kate Zenlea received their Master of Public Health from New York University in Community and International Public Health. Kate also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from John Cabot University.
