Samantha Foreman has held various roles in the healthcare and mental health sector since 2011. Currently serving as a CQI Quality Improvement Lead at Henry Ford Health, Samantha has experience in quality compliance, utilization management, and quality assurance. With a background in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness, Samantha has also worked as a Supports Coordinator in different organizations, providing assessments, case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy.
