Roger E. Seaver

Roger Seaver has had extensive experience as a President/CEO in various hospitals. Roger served as the President/CEO of Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital from 2001-2003, where they successfully engineered a Chapter 11 Reorganization and implemented financial discipline, growth, expanded services, and improved quality and safety. Prior to that, they held the same position at Northridge Hospital Medical Center from 1997-2000, and at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center from 1978-1997.

Roger Seaver earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Accounting, from the University of South Dakota from 1967 to 1971. Roger furthered their education at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management.
