Paul Carmola, PharmD has extensive experience in pharmacy operations and strategy. Paul is currently serving as the Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations & Strategy at Henry Meds. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Pharmacy Operations at Calibrate, where they built a team of 30+ and implemented improvements that resulted in a 15% improvement in patient engagement and outcomes. Paul also led the strategic operations at Pine Park Health, where they grew the patient panel by an impressive 2,400% in less than 10 months. At Alto Pharmacy, Paul held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Business Operations & Strategy, Senior Manager of Business Operations & Supply Chain, and Head of Pharmacy Operations. Paul spearheaded various initiatives that led to significant improvements in margins and operational efficiency. Before joining Alto Pharmacy, Paul served as the EPIMS Implementation Lead Pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente, where they successfully implemented an updated pharmacy software system. Paul began their career as a Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health, where they achieved outstanding results in customer satisfaction and operational metrics.

Paul Carmola, PharmD, completed their education at Northeastern University. From 2008 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Studies. Following that, from 2008 to 2014, they pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, specializing in Pharmacy.
