Bianka Wilson

Co-Chief Executive Officer, Global Oral Reconstruction Group at Henry Schein

Ms. Wilson joined Henry Schein in April 2018 as Chief Financial Officer of the Global Oral Reconstruction Group (GORG) before being named Co-CEO of GORG in April 2024. She is also a Member of the Company’s Executive Management Committee.

As Co-CEO of GORG, Ms. Wilson leads the group’s business, including strategic partnerships, in Europe and APAC, as well as GORG strategy, finance, and human resources

Prior to joining Henry Schein, Ms. Wilson held key roles in finance and consulting. She served as the CFO of a public Swiss medical communication technology company for four years. Ms. Wilson spent 18 years at KPMG, both in the United States and Switzerland. During her initial five years, she worked as an auditor and earned her certification as a US Certified Public Accountant. In her final five years at KPMG, Ms. Wilson held the position of Advisory Partner and Global Accounts Lead Partner. Leveraging her extensive financial expertise, she advised international public companies on various critical matters such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial reporting, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and finance process optimization.

Ms. Wilson has an Executive MBA from the University of Edinburgh and the ENPC School of International Management in Paris, a Master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor’s degree from Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma.
