Debbie Bua

Debbie Bua, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial operations and project management at Henry Schein, where tenure spans from October 2007 to present and began in March 1997. Currently serving as Director of Special Projects in Financial Operations, Debbie has successfully led a multi-year global project for the implementation of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, training over 300 users across 20 countries. Previous roles include Special Projects Manager, where management of a web-based time and attendance product impacted over 4,000 employees and process improvements in multiple countries, and Manager of Accounts Payable, where Debbie significantly enhanced automation and processing efficiency. Earlier experience as Controller at Prescription Drug Service involved the development of the accounting department and modernization of bookkeeping practices. Debbie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
