Hadar Larry

Hadar Larry, an accomplished business operations leader, has been with Henry Schein since August 2010, currently serving as Director of Business Operations for EMEA, managing strategic projects across the region. Previous roles at Henry Schein include Project Leader for the European ERP implementation and Director of Business Operations for Germany, where participation on the executive management committee supported 1,100 employees and €380 million in revenues. Earlier experience includes roles as Manager of Business Operations in Germany and New York, and serving as the International Finance Manager for the Global Brand Equity Group. In addition, Hadar was VP of Sales & Marketing for startup 4Balance, an attorney specializing in international mergers and acquisitions, and a founder and CEO in the apparel import business. Hadar's leadership experience began as a Lieutenant and Sniper Officer in the IDF. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and an LL.B. in Law, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel Aviv University.
