Shawn Kroll

Shawn Kroll is the Vice President and General Manager of Orthopedics at Henry Schein since February 2023. With over two decades of experience at Stryker, Shawn has held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Robotics and Enabling Technologies and Vice President of Robotics Development for Joint Replacement, where significant contributions were made to the Mako Robotic Arm Assisted technology. Shawn’s expertise spans global product development, marketing strategies, and organizational design, leading initiatives that transformed Stryker’s joint replacement industry and significantly scaled robotics operations. Earlier roles included directing portfolio strategies and managing engineering teams, as well as serving as Director of R&D at NextGen Spine and holding manufacturing engineering positions in General Aviation and Electronics. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School in 2012.
