Mohamed Benkhaya

Mohamed Benkhaya is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process improvement and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Process Improvement & QA Engineer at Hensley Industries since October 2018, Mohamed focuses on process evaluation to align with customer expectations while addressing field problems and warranty complaints. Prior to this role, Mohamed worked as a Quality Engineer at Jayco Manufacturing, where responsibilities included documenting and improving processes and equipment, and participating in troubleshooting. Mohamed began a career at Karlee, first as a Quality Process Auditor, conducting inspections on precision components, and later as a CNC Machinist, managing CNC machinery operations. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, earned between 2012 and 2015.
