Rodrigo Ferreira do Amaral

Rodrigo Ferreira do Amaral is an accomplished professional in the defence sector, currently serving as Director of EU/NATO Political Affairs at HENSOLDT since January 2022, where the company focuses on providing advanced defence electronics solutions to military forces globally. Prior to this role, Rodrigo held managerial positions at idD - Portugal Defence from September 2015 to December 2020, concentrating on the development and promotion of the Portuguese Defence Technological and Industrial Base under the Ministry of Defence. Rodrigo holds a Master’s degree in Development and International Cooperation from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
