Thomas Focke

Thomas Focke currently serves as the Head of HR Processes & Systems at HENSOLDT, a leader in defence and security electronics, since October 2023. Previously, Thomas held positions as Head of HR Processes and Tools at MULTIVAC Gruppe and Team Leader HR Processes and Analytics at Schütz GmbH & Co. KGaA, among others. Thomas's extensive career includes roles such as Teamleiter HR-Controlling at Rheinische Post Mediengruppe and HR-Manager at Schütz GmbH. Thomas began professional development as Geschäftsführer at dynaRENT Altersversorgungs-GmbH and has a strong foundation in personal controlling from AOK - Die Gesundheitskasse in Hessen. Thomas holds a Diplom-Ökonom degree from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and completed vocational training as an Industriekaufmann at Hüppe GmbH.
