Thomas Hordnes

Thomas Hordnes has held several professional roles at HENT AS since May 2015, where responsibilities include managing and supporting bid leaders and project engineers, ensuring compliance with bidding and procurement processes, and leading teams in these areas. Previously, Thomas worked as a project engineer in procurement and calculations at Technocean Subsea AS and as a graduate engineer at the Norwegian Athletic Federation. Leadership experience also includes serving as a team leader for the youth committee of the Norwegian Athletic Federation and as a board member at Europcar. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in technology with a specialization in structures and materials and a Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, both from the University of Stavanger. Prior summer internships and employment at Constructa Entreprenør AS supplemented early career development.
