Sorcha Bangham Chartered FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Head of HR at HEOR since September 2021, Sorcha previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at OXGENE and HR Manager at Sharp Life Science (EU) Limited. Sorcha's earlier career includes roles at Oxford PharmaGenesis as Learning and Development Manager and Abbott Diabetes Care as Site Development Manager, among others. Sorcha began a career in education as a Geography teacher at Chipping Norton School and Princes Risborough School. Sorcha's educational background includes a BA Hons in Philosophy and Geography from University College Dublin, a PGCE in Secondary Education from Oxford Brookes University, a CPP in HR from Abingdon and Witney College, and a Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring from The OCM.
