Mike Folan

Mike Folan, MSPH, CIH has a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management. Mike began their career as an Environmental Scientist at Ecology and Environment, Inc in 2001 and held this position until 2005. Mike then rejoined the company in 2008 and worked as an Environmental Scientist until 2011. In 2011, they joined ChemRisk as a Health Scientist and worked there until 2012. In 2013, Folan became the Director of Health and Safety at HEPACO, LLC and held this role until 2016 when they were promoted to Vice President, Health Safety and Environment. Mike currently holds this position at HEPACO, LLC.

Mike Folan, MSPH, CIH, holds a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mike also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science from the University of San Francisco. In addition, Mike Folan has obtained certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) from the Board for Global EHS Credentialing (BGC®), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management, and Certified Industrial Hygienist from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.
