Sourav Bera

Sourav Bera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sourav started their career as a Production Engineer at Fab Auto Parts Pvt. Ltd. in 2010. Sourav then worked at igus (India) Private Limited as a Senior Field Sales Engineer for seven years, responsible for technical sales and exceeding annual sales targets. Since 2018, Sourav has been with HepcoMotion, initially serving as the National Sales Head for India and Sri Lanka, working on establishing the company's business in these markets. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales for India and the Subcontinent at HepcoMotion, managing sales, operations, and leading a team. Sourav has experience in managing channel partners, building marketing campaigns, and establishing the HepcoMotion brand across the region.

Sourav Bera attended G.H. Raisoni Societys, College of Engineering and Management in Pune from 2006 to 2010. Sourav earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering during this period.
