Thomas Purcell

Thomas Purcell currently serves as Vice President of Preconstruction at Potomac Deck and Fence since September 2023. With extensive experience at Merchants Metals beginning in May 2007, Thomas has held various roles including Regional Sales Manager, where management of 19 branches in the Eastern Region was key, and District Manager, focusing on relationships with wholesale customers. Additional experience includes positions as Wholesale Sales Executive and Service Center Manager. Prior to Merchants Metals, Thomas worked as Sales Representative at Allegheny Fence and Construction and in various capacities including Service Center Manager at Master Halco from 1994 to 2006. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from PennWest Edinboro between 1981 and 1986.
